Needs some work

The owner is outstanding. Very accommodating and easy to deal with. However, it is comfortable for 2 couples max. The blow up bed needs replacing. The dishwasher needs replacing. The HOA prohibits bbq’s. The television is all streaming (no actual sports or programming of interest is available). It is on the second floor - luggage & groceries need to be carried a distance. Not the most ‘outfitted’ condo. He ordered us a toaster, upon request. Central location is a positive.

Tempe, AZ in February

Austin was a great host! He reached out before our stay to introduce himself and give contact information. He immediately responded to a small issue we had and resolved it quickly. The towels (pool and bath) and bedding were great quality. All supplies advertised were in the condo, including coffee pods, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, etc. Beds were comfy too! We were in town to attend the Innings Festival at Tempe Town Lake and were able to walk to and from the venue which was a huge plus.

perfect for our needs

Beautiful decor, comfortable sectional with plenty of room for all of us to relax after our busy sightseeing days. Well-equipped kitchen, bath & linens. We had almost everything we needed for our visit. We were able to choose multiple unique activities close by. Our 2 guests flew in and it was very conveniently located to Sky Harbor in Phoenix. Austin handled a dead battery in the door keypad quickly and had a backup plan so we were not inconvenienced. We would definitely book this unit again!

Comfortable and convenient

The beds and couch were very comfortable. The kitchen could use a deep clean as the kitchen shelves and some dish wares were dusty. The coffee setup was fabulous although it took us a day to find it! Perhaps a bit of labeling of that and the garbage/recycling would save searching time. Some more standard coffee mugs would be great. Ample storage space with fluffy towels and plenty of them. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Highly recommend
