The Space:
We are located 10 minutes from the airport. Close enough for shopping, restaurants and night life, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Grab a drink on Mill Ave. Rent a kayak or paddle board on Tempe Town Lake. Shop and dine at Tempe Marketplace. Take a hike at Papago Park. The fun never ends in Tempe and we provide the perfect place for you to enjoy your vacation or stay-cation.

We have a shower seat available upon request.

For international travelers, we will provide a converter for the outlets upon request.

Washer and dryer are in the apartment for your use. We even provide laundry soap.

NOTE: we keep our thermostat locked at 72 degrees during summer months to conserve energy and also prevents the AC units from being overworked in the high temps

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment in addition to the outdoor gated patio accessible via the sliding glass doors from the bedroom. This gate also can be used to access the parking lot behind the building and is able to be locked for your safety. Just pull the lever towards you to lock it.

The Neighborhood:
In addition to being so close to ASU (stadium is 1.3 miles away), there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. within walking distance. Tempe Marketplace is 2.5 miles away. Phoenix Sky Harbor is 7.7 miles away. Papago Park is 4.2 miles away. Big Surf Water Park is 3.1 miles away.

Getting Around:
There is a light rail within a few blocks.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants at Tempe Marketplace, which is only 2.2 miles away. ASU stadium is 1.3 miles away. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is 7.7 miles away.

There is a free Orbit bus or the Valley Metro public bus is available as well.

You can also easily grab a scooter or bike and use Bird or Razor app and be on your way instantly, as there are many of them around just waiting for you.

Great for the location

Nice location for all the places we wanted to go to in the Tempe/Phoenix area. Property was very accommodating. Only complaint was lack of sheets and/or extra pillow for the pullout couch and 2 out of the three fan remotes didn’t work.

Good location, very responsive host

Our stay started out rough with some cleaning issues. However, the host was very responsive and addressed the issues quickly. The unit is in a nice quiet neighborhood just ten minutes from the ASU Tempe campus. My daughter has another required ASU trip this year, be so we're staying with the same host.

Tempe review

Over all the house was clean, there was 1 wash cloth for 5 people that I had listed. The hot water was almost non-existent, barely warm enough to shower. The sofa is very worn and dirty stains on it. There are other worn places showing on the walls. There's flooring missing in the bathroom, shades on the patio door has missing slats. Overall, the place wasn't too bad but could use some TLC.

Needs much improvement.damaged furniture. Limited kitchen utensils -1 fork and knife. Dirty patio rusted shower. Most important was unable to lock door so I could leave. Moved out

Visiting baseball Spring Training

The rental was perfect for our visit for Spring training. Very nicely decorated in a cinema theme. Couch faux leather pillows were all peeling, so couldn’t use. Communication with renter was good throughout our stay. Easy check in & out. Location easy to get to main highways. Rental was clean, except kitchen items. 2 of the 3 skillets had burnt on food, glasses cloudy, mixing bowls had blue paint peeling off the outside. Rubber Spatula had a piece missing & a cut in it, only one butter knife. There was microwave popcorn & a few snacks which was nice. Since we cooked, plastic wrap or plastic containers would have been nice for left overs. Parking was good behind the rental. Safe neighborhood.
