Just 5 minutes walk from Plaza Caracol. 24 hour security. Pool in common areas. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (Two single beds and one queen bed). The unit is located on the 4th floor and does not have an elevator. Parking available, not assigned.

This space is part of the VidaCoral. units. All our units have basic criteria of location, services, cleanliness and equipment. We have special prices for stays of 1 month or more, contact us before booking!

By booking you accept the following conditions.

1) You must send us within 24h of your reservation a photo of the official identification of each occupant of legal age. This request is very strict for us, if we don't receive it, we may have to cancel the reservation

2) Additional guests cannot stay other than those of the reservation.

3) Events are not allowed, after 9pm, please moderate the noise and music.

4) Electricity. For stays of less than 14 nights we include 15kWh per night. The surplus will be charged at 6 pesos per kWh and must be paid in cash or transfer on the day of departure. For stays of more than 14 nights, electricity will NOT be included.

Thanks for your interest. In some of our units we do a personalized check-in and in others an autonomous check-in. Prior to your arrival we will coordinate the mechanical welcome. We want you to have a happy stay and if there is anything we can do to improve the experience, we will be available at all times.

The "Hotel Zone" is one of the most privileged parts of the city, close to the main shopping centers, the best restaurants, hospitals and entertainment.

The complex provides parking space, and just a block away there's a bus stop for public transporatation.
