Great layout and remodel, central location

We had a nice 5 night stay at this clean, nicely remodeled home in Tempe. The open layout let all of us be together whether in the living room, dining room, or kitchen. We floated in the (cold, it was March) pool and were glad to soak in the hot tub at the end of the day. We were close to everything, able to easily visit family in Chandler and Scottsdale. The proximity to the main street meant some road noise and street lighting in the back yard, but from inside this was not a problem at all. Some better window coverings to keep the morning light out would be nice as well. But these issues were minor; still a 5 star stay. Thank you!

Tempe stay

The property is spacious and clean. We were 3 adult couples (family) in town for a family wedding and found this home to be wecoming and comfortable. First time VRBO user and found the checkin to be straight forward. Discovered and issue (cracked window) and contacted host and was quickly assured it was a previous incident and not to worry. Although the home backs up to a busy road, it proved not to be too disturbing other than the occasional load vehicle. Our visit was in Feburary and with cool weather and other family activities, we did not utilize the pool or hot tub. We will definitely consider this property for our next visit to Tempe.

Good place but needed some items

Overall a great place to stay. Check in process super easy. Location good. Traffic noise tho. Spring break week we went. Wish I’d known before I booked I shouldn’t gotten a place with heated pool. We couldn’t even get in as too cold. No lounge chairs by pool to lay out either. Master bathroom door wouldn’t close. Very clean place. Here is a list of items I wish as a mother and traveler the place had: full length mirror, paper plates/cups, I needed pen/paper and couldn’t find anything. I also wish there was menus to look at for for dinner places that are good. We’ve never been to AZ and really didn’t know good spots to eat. These are not items people usually bring while traveling I guess. Overall it was a great place to stay and relax though. Great neighborhood and neighbors.
