The house is located a block and a half from the beach, perfect for your summer vacation!
Beach gear provided includes beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels (apart from bath towels), packable beach blanket.

This unit is on the second floor of a private home. It has 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, Living room/Dining room combo, and a full Kitchen.

Guest access
The space is on the second level of a 2 family home, guests have access to the entire floor.

We're readily available, just a phone call away. We live downstairs so we can accommodate fairly quickly if you need physical assistance.

Other things to note
Disclaimer: The guest that booked our home must be the person who checks in at the house before anyone else, unless the first arriving guest had previously been added to the reservation. If we discover you are not the person who booked the home, you will be denied entry. Make sure you bring valid photo ID upon arrival, otherwise you may forfeit the privilege to stay at our home and you may forfeit your payment.

This is strictly a No Event space and there is No Smoking, No Vaping, No E‑cigarettes allowed anywhere on the premises. Please note, the premises includes the porch, front yard, back yard, and anywhere else within the fenced-in property.

If you are found to have had an event or if you are found to have smoked or vaped or used e‑cigarettes you will incur a $500 fine.

Additionally, if you are found breaking the rules during your stay, your stay may be cut short. You'll be asked to leave the premises and the remaining part of your reservation may be cancelled and your payment forfeited.
