This is a nice house in a neighborhood that is being rejuvenated. It's close to Riverwalk which is where we wanted to be. Had a little trouble with water pressure upstairs when water was on downstairs, but we were able to make it work
The home was very clean and comfortable, enough space for our group of 7.
The house is a short distance to The Rverwalk, The Alamo and the Historic Pearl .
The home was a nicely renovated, clean home set up to accommodate many guests and was very comfortable. Missy communicated well. We were close to great attractions downtown. The home itself is not in an ideal location as that particular neighborhood is only beginning the revitalization process.
This was the perfect house for our annual Girls Trip with 9 college friends. It's walking distance to breweries, restaurants, the Hayes Street Bridge, even the Alamo if you don't mind a trek. We loved that we all had our own bed and enough bathrooms to get everyone ready and out the door on time. The house was very clean and host was responsive to questions during our stay. I would recommend!
Our group of 6 adults and 4 kids loved this very roomy rental. Literally 5-10 min from every attraction we were interested in. Plenty of space for eating together and playing games while also having 2.5 baths for privacy. We were there over New Year's and loved watching all the fireworks from the pedestrian bridge just a block away. Would love to stay here again.
Well decorated and updated home. It was walkable distance to the River walk and short drive to the shopping centers. Had a great time with friends. The host was responsive and accommodating. Thank you
As a VRBO goes, the house was fine overall. Seemed to be set up for few families coming together (bunk beds and numerous beds in each room). The communications with the host were great and check-in was smooth. The downside of this home is the neighborhood is in transition. On the positive - some very cool restaurants, etc. that were nearby and we walked to a great one our first night. While we didn't feel unsafe, exactly, the neighborhood has some rough spots. We were in town for some events at the Alamodome and we did walk (about 30 mins) and the location worked well. The number of beds in each room for us (4 people) were comical, but it worked and the beds were comfortable.
Overall, nice property.
Plenty of room. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Plenty of parking.
Windows were pretty dirty, a bathroom lock was broken, and couch recliner mechanism was broken. None of it mattered that much and the place was otherwise great.
Would recommend.
