Summary:
Welcome to Surf Station 2 built right on the Texas Ave beach access, which is one of the most popular surfing spots on the island! This ground level
1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment was renovated in 2021 and is surprisingly spacious! Step out your front door or back patio and you're less than 30 steps before your toes hit the sand! There is an outdoor shower too! Super convenient to all things Carolina Beach- restaurants and shopping, fishing, surfing, hiking at the CB State Park and more!

The Space:
All Going Coastal properties include bed linens, bathing towels, paper products, and soaps/shampoos. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for rentals.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo

-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

- Downtown Wilmington & ILM Airport less than 45 minutes away

Comfy and cozy spot

This place was perfect for our weekend get away with our dog! It was comfy,cozy, and right next to a beach access. Would definitely book again

Delightful and Private

Rooms and bedding were clean! Pillows were amazing. Even though we had people on both sides of us, I never heard a noise. The ability to bring my dog without hassle was also a major bonus! I will be back :) Thank you!!

Ya win some, ya lose some

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is awesome - literally steps away from the beach and close to restaurants! The main road doesn’t get too busy to where it’s difficult to back out of the parking spots. Dog friendly area - we walked through the neighborhoods across the street and on the beach! Upon arrival, I noticed a few things that needed fixing (they sent a handyman as soon as possible to get everything fixed). The bed is nice and big but VERY wobbly. My only other complaint is the ceiling fan/light in the bedroom. It is remote operated and the light would randomly turn on in the middle of the night. Even after we turned it off, it would immediately turn back on and would be about a 5 minute battle at 4am. Hard to say if I’d go back to this particular property. The price is decent and the location is great, but there are a few things that could be touched up/changed.
