Independent apartment in a recently renovated farmhouse, comfortable and spacious, 1 km from the sea, immersed in the silence and greenery of the countryside. Large garden with the possibility of shaded parking.
Available months: May, June, July, August and September. Ask for weekly, fortnightly and monthly prices. Only short summer contracts.
The apartment is on the first floor, with very large rooms, ceilings over 4 meters, very thick walls, and remains cool and comfortable even in the hot months. Is composed by:
* A large living room, almost 30 square meters, with a large kitchenette, a 6-seater dining table, TV, a queen-size sofa bed;
* Master bedroom with walk-in closet;
* Dressing room and bathroom with walk-in shower.

The house is fully equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, drying rack, ironing board, hairdryer, pots and pans, cartridge coffee machine, kettle, etc. Living room and bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans. On request, sheets and towels or a camp bed for a fifth bed can also be provided. The large bread and pizza oven in the garden can also be used as a barbecue.

Nearby you can visit ancient Etruscan settlements, museums and nature reserves. This geographical area, called "Maremma", is famous for its food and wine variety and quality.
The sea can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, via an unpaved country road. Ample parking spaces can be found near all local beaches. Rental bikes are also available.
