Beware of Wynwood House Experience and Intermittent Hot Water only
2 couples rented this condo for 3 nights. We would not rent it again, nor would we rent from the property manager Wynwood House. Highlights of our bad experience: 1. Check-in: By 4 p.m. day of check in, we had not received details. Following multiple calls and WhatsApp texts, we got it. We sat at airport waiting for instructions since we did not know if we had a rental, or where it was located. 2. Pics and representations: Condo has a good design and nice layout but showed MUCH MORE wear than in pics. For instance, wood floors were tarnished and worn, and veneer had largely worn off bathroom vanity. 3. Cleanliness: Condo was clean but showed a lack of attention to detailed cleanliness as windows were extremely dirty (so bad as to affect view) and light fixtures switches were grimey. 4. Beds: beds were comfortable, and linens were of decent quality. Pillows were nothing spectacular but serviceable. 5. Amenities: big problem. No attention to detail. For instance, there were 2 small bottles of water provided (where you cannot drink the tap water.) no wash clothes. 1 single bath mat for 2 bathrooms and floors were very click. 1 single hand towel for 2 bathrooms. NO HAND SOAP - anywhere. No coffee. 6. Hot water: first night, we could not get hot water to turn on at all. After messing with it for 1 hour, it came on. Work only intermittently. 3-4 minutes at a time. BEWARE 7. Responsiveness: responded to text/email but didn’t actually fix a thing

Misleading
Wynwood (owner) markets themselves as a luxury brand. That is why we chose this listing. The price was as high as we pay for a property in Naples, FL. Unfortunately, there is NOTHING luxurious about this unit other than the magnificent view. It is sunny and large. However, it felt more like we were staying in a college student/first “grown up” apartment. Other than the comfy bed, everything was cheap. The countertops in the kitchen were Formica and stained. The sink faucets were loose and leaky. The hot water was the worst…..could not get a hot shower for more than three minutes on a good day, and then it went cold. They gave us ONE hand towel for two people. Never replaced the cushion covers or fixed leaky faucet in the bathroom after several requests and promises on their part that these issues would be resolved. The worst thing is the master bathroom. I had to step up about two feet to get into the tub (shower is located there) which is surrounded by a ceiling high glass door. It was very slippery. I am in great shape but I did fall once and got a terrible bruise on my shin which is still hurting nearly a month later. I am lucky I did not break my neck or another bone. When I contacted “Juan”, the manager, he was always very nice and prompt in his replies but refused to provide any kind of assistance. No bath mat…..nothing. My main beef is that the description was misleading and as a result, I would never book or recommend one of their properties.
