Enjoy this newly renovated Roslyn retreat close to downtown. There is RV/trailer parking. Retreat to the deck of this getaway and gaze at the twinkling constellations. The three bedroom + loft is walking distance to Downtown Roslyn. A perfect place to relax after a long-fun-filled day of outdoor activities. Hiking, biking, paddle boarding, ATV, Golf and Fishing within 10 min or less away. 7 min drive to Speelyi Beach, Lake CleElum. 10 min drive to Suncadia Golf. Get cozy around the firepit.

The property includes 3 levels. The main level has a master bedroom with on-suite bathroom, a second bedroom, the living room, kitchen and a second bathroom. The upper level includes two rooms - game room / office / 2 twin beds and another 1 bedroom with 4 twin beds. The lower level includes storage and the laundry room. The property also has a large deck and grassy yard with plenty of parking space including RV/Trailer parking.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of part of the basement under renovation and the garage. Plenty of parking on the side or back of the house.

✦ Maximum of 2, non-aggressive, house-broken dogs under 75 lbs each are welcome ($150/fee)

I am originally from Arizona but love the tall pines in the Washington mountains. I enjoy hiking, skiing and mountain biking with my family. Feel free to visit and enjoy the fresh air and outdoor spaces to relax and getaway.

Right in the heart of the oldest mining town in Washington. Roslyn is a unique small-town with tons of personality and adventure. Walk out the front door to miles of Hiking and MTB trails. Head up the road to the Suncadia world-class Golf Resort or go fly-fishing at nearby Cle Elum Lake.
What makes this property unique
The house has been completely remodeled to enjoy all the common comforts of home. Lots of available RV and trailer parking. Easy access in and out and easy to find. Lots of yard and patio space to enjoy with family. Cozy beds and excellent temperature control system inside. Enjoy your stay!
