This is a one-level flat in a newly renovated 2-story home that sits on the corner of 30A and San Juan Ave in the heart of Seagrove. Walk out your porch, cross 30A, and you are only a few steps to the San Juan beach access. Bike less than one mile to the center of Seaside!

SOL is the top floor of a single-family home. It is a separate flat with a dedicated entrance and parking for 2 cars plus room for a golf cart. It has a large front porch overlooking 30A and a corner view of the ocean.

The 1st-floor unit, called MAR, functions as an independent unit with its own entry and parking. Larger groups can book SOL & MAR together and connect them for a whole-house experience!

The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.

Very nice house ! Extremely close walk to the beach and to Seaside and conveniently located for shopping and restaurants We really enjoyed the stay. Love the 30A area.

Very clean, exactly as described, with a GREAT location!

Everything was wonderful, except the weather was a bit cold! The location of this property is great! Close to so many restaurants, shops, and the beach! Having two full baths is rare, and always a plus!
