The condo was clean and the decor was classy! The complimentary bikes were a huge perk and the proximity to Seaside and our favorite coffee shop (Prema Cafe) was perfect for our family of 4. Rent this condo- you will not be disappointed!
This was the perfect house in a great location for my family of 4. Beach access is directly across the street. Nice central location to restaurants, shopping, and visiting neighboring towns. The beds were comfy and we didn’t feel like we didn’t have enough space during rainy mornings. We will be back!
Perfect spot for small family! Right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico where we watched 4th of July firework shows all up and down the coastline. SOL had everything we needed and more- we'll be back!
This place was perfect for my family summer stay. We have two young kids & they loved the bunk beds. The house was clean & perfect for our needs! You can not beat the location & beach access across the street! We will be booking this place again for sure.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at SOL!!! We loved everything about this property - the coastal vibes, the location, & the outdoor living space to name a few!!! Kismet Properties were equally as wonderful - do not hesitate to rent this ABSOLUTELY AWESOME 30A rental!!!

Everything was wonderful, except the weather was a bit cold! The location of this property is great! Close to so many restaurants, shops, and the beach! Having two full baths is rare, and always a plus!
Overall great experience and great location.The towels did smell a bit musty so we needed to wash them before using and there were some dirty pots in the kitchen cupboard. We quickly ran out of supplies left by the owner...dishwasher tablets and laundry pods. W

The house and location could not have been more perfect for our family. Would definitely stay here again! Places to eat are about a mile away so for us it required driving since we have small kids (parking availability can be a pain so be patient). But you could easily bike there if that works for you.It is a very short walk to the beach, we rented chairs and umbrellas with one of the beach vendors, that was super convenient. .
This was our second stay at SOL, and it was as perfect as our first. A beautiful place and an incredible location! From days spent on the beach reading and relaxing, to bikes rides to Seaside with breakfast at Black Bear and shopping, a short walk to dinner one night at Cafe 30A, and great meals at The Red Bar (our favorite) and 30A Amigos, our vacation could not have been any better. SOL has everything you will need and more. We highly recommend this property!
We loved this property! Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We spent so much time out on the large deck which made the flat seem so much bigger. It was an easy walk to the beach and the organic cafe for coffee. We have stayed at the owner’s other properties and we are big fans. She always has a puzzle to put together on a rainy day. We will rent this place again!
We really enjoyed our stay. The property is really well laid out and a quick walk to the beach. We loved the vibe of the area and our son can't wait to come back.
My wife and I had a fabulous week at Sol. The place was perfect for the two of us. The location was ideal - across the street from the beach and a mile from Seaside. This place is a winner.

Next visit, I hope you have the opportunity to rent both the top floor (SOL) and the bottom floor (MAR). It is such a great way to share a vacation house with family or friends and still have as much privacy or as much connection as you want. It's our family fave!

We absolutely love this home and location. Right on 30a, across the street from the beach. A mile from seaside! The house is beautifully decorated with the living space extending to the outside deck. It is finished so well with everything you need for a great stay. All the beds slept great! We loved staying here and look forward to staying at ILI’s other properties also. We loved this place so much, we will definitely be staying there again. The location is close to everything with a short drive to Alys and Rosemary Beach. The property was very clean and every detail was thought throughout. We loved how the front porch on the second floor was so long and it was available for just us. Privacy and comfort was great!

Great rental with updated decor and everything was in working order. Bed was super comfortable. The best thing about this rental was the fabulous location! Views of the ocean and a 1/2 block from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank yyou!
