The Space:
This modern, clean and comfortable air conditioned home features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, high-end furnishings and a stackable washer and dryer. You will be located in the heart of Kapaa and within walking distance of everything you need. You can enjoy your meals on the lanai overlooking the pool and the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is well-stocked if you decide to cook, instead of enjoying Kauai's local cuisine.
Guests have access to the entire property, and are entitled to use both swimming pools including the oceanfront pool in front of building A. Feel free to lounge at the shoreline to watch the sunrise. The guests may access the game room in building A and also the covered gas BBQ grills located beside building A.

We love the location because our guests can walk to many shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The Kauai walk/bike path connects by sidewalk just down the street and goes for miles right up the Kauai East Coastline
Kapa`a town was mentioned in one magazine as the prettiest town west of the Mississippi River.
Getting Around:
A rental car recommended, however The Kauai Bus, Uber, Lyft and Taxis are available.

Arrival time is after 4 pm, departure is 10am or before, unless other times are arranged in advance.

Great condo, air conditioning worked fantastic and communication with the staff was excellent, they were very helpful and responsive. The only slight negative was that the toilet in the bathroom wasn’t completely clean and the seat doesn’t fit the toilet properly but overall our stay was awesome and those were small issues.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Only real complaint was the quality of the beach chairs. Ended up buying some new ones and leaving them for future guests to enjoy.

We had an amazing stay in Kauai - the location was perfect with a beautiful view and access to the ocean. The room was clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The best part was the communication with the owners - they provided all the necessary information for check in and followed up to make sure all accommodations were met and check out information was clear and timely. I absolutely would use this again and highly recommend it.
Well appointed, clean, great location to everything
Really wonderful stay. Condo very clean, well stocked with all the needed basics, comfortable beds, and a really nice view of the ocean, which was close enough to hear the waves from the patio. AC in both bedrooms worked well. Walking distance to Safeway and Coconut Plaza, sights, great beach, airport and hikes all short driving distances from this very centrally located condo. Would definitely stay again, mahalo!
Great location for full island explore. Wonderful sunrise ocean view. Enjoy the palms blowing in the breeze and waves crashing on the sand. Well equipped kitchen. Responsive property management. Walk to Safeway / abc / Hawaiian shave ice / ice cream / tacos. Repeat booking for sure!
Are visit was mostly pleasant. We had issues with someone using our assigned space. The property managements solution was not acceptable to us. Fortunately, after a day we were able to use the space. The last evening was interrupted by a very loud and obnoxious group of visitors in a downstairs unit. Absolutely unacceptable! Our first visit to this location was amazing!

Hubby and I stayed a week with his brother & wife. Location across from Safeway was perfect for us, as we don't eat out. Also perfect for bro & sis-in-law, as they rented a car and wandered the island's beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We had spent the night flying to Honolulu from American Samoa and arrived in Kauai before 9 am. I had asked the property owner if we could at least leave our baggage in the condo before official check-in time and was reminded for the third time that we would be charged $250 for early check-in. So we sat on the beach with our suitcases until it started to rain. Then we sat in the lobby of the neighboring property until 4 pm. The unit itself was great except for the screeching sliding door of the second bedroom. We had to just leave it open at night so we didn't wake the neighborhood when opening or closing it. Loved the full kitchen.
