Overall, we had a good stay, and the location was definitely the highlight. The property is conveniently located near the beaches, and having easy access to the pools made our trip even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella—they were a thoughtful touch and came in handy during our stay. There are a few areas where the experience could be improved. The $50 parking fee was disappointing, especially since it was an additional cost on top of the rental. It would also be helpful if the property provided a small starter supply of dish soap and detergent for at least the first 24 hours, as that would make it easier for guests settling in. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, and unfortunately, the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms was not working, which made the room very hot. Although the host responded quickly and sent someone to repair it, the issue was not fully resolved during our stay. Overall, the location, amenities, and thoughtful beach equipment made for an enjoyable trip, but addressing the parking fee, providing a few basic starter supplies, and ensuring maintenance issues are fully resolved would make the experience even better. Thank you for hosting us

Villa 1908

We were staying at Edgewater for a dance competition and the villa was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. Easy access to one of the Villa pools and right by the tram spot. We loved that we had access to all the resort pools and the beach. Would definitely recommend for a family. Couple of suggestions: * Provide more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. That’s not something I should have to supply for myself and this is the first vacation rental that I have ever been to that required me to purchase it. * Provide directions/number for how to call the tram.

Easter/ Spring Break

Overall the stay went well. Much more space than the photos let on. I can’t give 5 stars for cleanliness just because many of the towels were stained. I ended up going to Walmart down the street to grab some for us. I would suggest a good bleaching of the white linen. Other than that, I would like to point out this is the first property I’ve stayed in with pictures of the owners all over the place. I felt like I was intruding. Definitely made me look for hidden cameras. Lastly, in the spirit of inclusion, I do want to say the place has Christian decor all over (crosses, Bible verses, etc). I didn’t mind since I’m Baptist. Just want people to know that up front. Oh and I couldn’t use the property’s app. I did message the property managers who told me to visit the Edgewater office. Didn’t know where that was since I couldn’t get in to see the map. Really close to one pool, short walk to the beach, beach chairs provided. Pleasant experience.
