Welcome to our modern and spacious home located on a quiet street in beautiful Rowland Heights. Our home is centrally located in the San Gabriel Valley, close to retail and dining. It is less than 30 min away from all LA area attractions—Disneyland, Hollywood, & Knott's Berry Farm. Less than 5 mins away are grocery stores, shopping, freeways, and hiking trails. Our home has an amazing scenic view of the San Bernardino mountains.

Great Stay for Families

Traveled to Los Angeles for a family wedding with 6 other family members. The house was the perfect size for a large family. Molly was very communicative, willing to answer all questions and quickly solved any issued that came up. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to others.

Great location, beautiful views

We gathered here from several states for our sons college graduation weekend. Super convenient location…Costco, Target minutes away with many food options! (Mama Lu’s Dumpling house was delicious!) Spacious home…comfortable beds. View of the mountains was fantastic! Molly was a great host and super quick to respond! Cleaners left extra towels knowing we had all adults in our family group. A couple of notes…sink on main floor water would only go hot, no cold. Coffee maker is small, so ran through a lot of pots…but coffee and filters all provided. Grass in backyard was not mowed and there was not any seating for the patio so we bought some folding chairs as the backyard view is one of the highlights of the house! Nothing critical…otherwise, fantastic!

Great location

House was perfect for our extended family of 8 with room to spare. The house was beautiful, clean, and modern. The swing set in the backyard kept our little ones busy. Lots of good food around and huge park within walking distance.
