Beautiful ski-in/ski-out condo with private indoor hot tub and large loft that sleeps four

Upon arriving at unit 10 we found the door open and the lights on. I called the check in desk and it was decided maintenance left the door open from getting the hot tub ready. After dinner we decided to try the hot tub which had a jet cover that was broken and would not stay in place as well as the filter cover that would not latch and floated to the bottom of the hot tub constantly. Later that evening when we made it upstairs we found that the bathroom and bed area still needed to be cleaned. The people that ended up sleeping upstairs found fleas in their bed (this was a non-pet unit we were told). We have stayed in other units here before and this one was not worth the money. The staff didn't seem to concerned when they were told and no compensation was discussed for the issues.
