Sunbird Beach Resort #911 West | Family Vacay!

Please be advised that due to ongoing building-wide HVAC system challenges, some units may experience reduced air conditioning performance during peak summer heat. The HOA is actively working on a long-term solution. In the meantime, portable air conditioning units have been provided in affected condos to help maintain guest comfort. This issue is expected to continue through September 30, 2025.

Sunbird West 911 is on the building's west side and is located on the ninth level. The beautiful beach sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from your private balcony. This one-bedroom condo comes with four beds, a large living room, and a private patio.

When you arrive at Sunbird West 911, the primary bedroom, which features a queen-size bed with clean linens and enough storage for your private things, will be to your right. The full bathroom, which includes a toilet, vanity, and tub/shower combo, is located adjacent to the bedroom.

The living area of Sunbird West 911 opens up to a panoramic vista of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. The condo includes tile and wood floors throughout (no carpet!). A sleeping sofa, three comfortable seats, a coffee table, and a flat-screen television can be found in the living area. By the sliding glass doors that view the beach, there is a table with seating for four people. A refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker are among the major appliances in the kitchen. Pots and pans, silverware, glassware, plates, bowls, and other essential housewares are also included.
