The space
This is my home year round.
I live on the upper level.
It is like two apartments.
Each with their own
private access.

When you are a guest in the studio, I do not use my upper deck to provide you with privacy while you are here.
...and I am a busy lady! So really, I am not around much! But only a msg away, if you need anything!

Also, if you are an early riser, don't worry about waking me, as my bedroom is at the back of the house, above the garage and that ensures both our privacy.

No pets allowed, adults preferred as there is a steep bank to the water.

SEAWINDS is located at the estuary where the sea waters from the Bay of Fundy meet the St. Croix River.
You will enjoy viewing the 38 foot tides coming and going from your private wrap around deck.

Twice a day, 160 billion tons of seawater is pulled into the world famous Bay of Fundy.
More than 4 times the combined flow of fresh water rivers on the planet is forced into a tighter and shallower area as the bay narrows.
You can take the private stairway to the beach and walk on the ocean floor during low tide!

The road into SEAWINDS is 1/4 mile, through the woods to the water. While this section is not paved, it is a beautifully engineered road, safe to drive a sports car, guaranteed you will be pleased and impressed!

Parking is directly outside your door.

SEAWINDS can be your winter holiday destination! You can enjoy hiking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing at the Ganong Nature Park, 350 acre peninsula, a 10 minute walk, less than a mile from SEAWINDS.

Your studio has a garden door to your private 16' x 60' private deck overlooking the water.
You may inquire about a private yoga class (in nice weather on the deck). Kayaks available to rent.

Entering on your right, there is a large closet with both wooden and plastic hangers, on your left, a bathroom with a shower.

I am continually doing things to upgrade.

You will have a bed with a remote control to raise and lower, both the head and foot of the bed. A mattress topped with 4 inch memory foam encased in a padded mattress cover. Bedside tables with tri-light!
(Soft lighting, medium or strong lighting, so you can set the mood.)

You will enjoy the firepit!
Very easy to start. The cabinet in the studio has soft blankets and cozy puffs to wrap yourself in, for those cool evenings sitting on the deck.

There are china plates, bowls and cups, good quality wine glasses (both stemless and with stems), cutlery, cream pitcher, salt and pepper shakers and cloth napkins and paper napkins. Bowls you can use for serving or snacks, like chips.

If you prefer paper, there are paper plates and cups (take a tea or coffee with you as you leave) and plastic cutlery.

My water is excellent! You can drink it right from the tap... it tastes really good. Fill your water bottle.

You will be asked, after you book, whether you like Orange Juice or Apple Juice and what you take in your coffee (cream, milk, 2%, half&half?) and it will be waiting for you in the fridge.

Lots of choices for types of tea, coffee and hot chocolate for Kureig.
