Quiet neighborhood.

House is located on a beautiful canal with sunrise and sunset views. Salt water pool was great on the hot days and the hot tub was grand for relaxing in the evening before bed. Kitchen fully stocked and all appliances worked correctly.

Would not recommend to family or friends

Of several VRBO stays over the years, this was the worst experience we have ever had. The property was advertised as having a hot tub. Upon arriving, we realized after following the “instructions” for turning it on, that it was broken and not functional. We reached out to the property contact the first night with this feedback (as well as sharing that we were specifically told a Keurig coffee maker would be provided and it wasn’t) and didn’t receive a response. So we emailed again day 2. No response. Then we called the Contact phone number listed and got the property manager. On day 2 of our stay, they said they’d send someone to perform maintenance on the hot tub the next day. No one ever showed to fix it during the entire stay. The pool also got cloudy after day 2 and the jets/pump just stopped working. We also shared that feedback with the property manager, to no avail. Lastly, no one slept well, as all bedroom furniture was very uncomfortable. Mattresses are hard as a rock. We are very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness from the property owner/management company, misleading advertising and quality of sleep furniture. Would not recommend this property to any of our friends or family.

It’s shabby… not chic

This property lacks maintenance inside and out. It shows no reviews so we figured try out a new property. No this property figured out a way to get rid of reviews. Save your money. Beds and pillows are terrible. Shower feels like your getting pressure washed at a car wash with no way to turn it down. The list goes on. Also we did get stuck at the property late for check out because Uber doesn’t really go to that area much. So factor that in if you aren’t having a car.
