Two en-suite bedrooms provide privacy for guests, and a pullout sofa gives extra sleeping space. Spend lazy days relaxing around the private pool, or out on the terrace and dock watching the wildlife or boats on the river. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. Please keep this in mind, thank you!
