Best of everything! Sullivans Island, Shem Creek, Historic Charleston

Decorated in a luxurious modern decor with designer finishes, this newly built 4-story end unit townhouse is ideally suited for up to 8 people. However, it can sleep 2 additional children with a sleeper sofa located in the master bedroom. As you come up from the two-car garage, you enter into the main floor, an open floor plan with 10’ ceilings. Here you will find the open modern kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances and the living room area with a 65" flat screen HDTV. On this first level, you will also find a beautiful dining area and 1/2 bathroom.

Up the next set of stairs, you will find the large master suite with 10’ ceilings and an ensuite bathroom with a dual shower head walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual sinks. The master suite has a king-size bed, luxury linens and towels, a sofa/futon, a desk with a marsh view, and a 55" flat-screen HDTV. This floor also includes the laundry room.

Up one more set of stairs, you will find two more bedrooms, each with their own private full bathrooms. The larger front bedroom has two queen beds and the second bedroom has a king bed. The same luxury linens, plush mattresses, and towels are also provided.

The two-car garage is easy for parking, packing, and unpacking. An additional spot for a third car is available directly outside of the garage.

Why just settle for the beach or downtown? This property is located in the center of all Charleston has to offer. The Beach, Shem Creek, and Historic Downtown are all just minutes away.

I have finally found a property that my husband and I will return and stay in again. The house was clean, comfortable, in a great location, and the bathrooms were great sizes.

Nice place, very stressful
The home and area is beautiful. My friends and I stayed here on a weekend trip. The property manager maintained communication with us over the course of the three day weekend. It sort of seemed like we were being reprimanded. Every few hours there was a question or a complaint about what we were doing (coming from the owner), because of their “high quality all filtration system”. The first night we got there, the power was knocked out for 6 hours. Instead of some awareness about what it may be like to be be standing in a house with 9 other people when the power has been knocked out in the summer with no AC, there was a noise complaint from one of the neighbors because we were outside, trying to get some air. Every time we cooked, the “high quality air filtration” system went off, and I was asked multiple times if we were “vaping in the house”, which seems like a pretty ridiculous question. I know this doesn’t come from the managing team, but the owner of this property was obviously breathing down their necks which led to this and ultimately, a stressful weekend where we felt like they were trying to find a reason to reprimand us, and we were even told that the “owner wants to kick us out”. No one wants to be on a trip with 10 people thinking about getting booted due an air filter system, and that’s what it felt like, like we had to report to them. My recommendation is that if you are looking to have to fun with your friends, I probably wouldn’t stay here.

The house was very clean, new and beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and room for 10 to eat sitting down...the floor plan worked well for our family with the living area on the main level separated from the bedrooms upstairs...Bedrooms and baths were big and spacious and easily accommodated our crowd of 6 adults and 4 children Stairs to third level were a good work out for those of us over 70 but manageable

Convenient Location for Charleston Vacay
This location was very convenient! Near all the restaurants in Mount Pleasant, and only a few minutes from Sullivan's Island. Very easy processes to get in and out. Very clean. Would stay again! Thanks!
