This gorgeous 3-Bedroom house is located 1.5 miles to Sullivan's Island which is easily accessible by foot or quick drive. Plus you are just a short drive, approximately ten minutes, to downtown Charleston!

The house is equipped with everything you need for a beach getaway and includes marsh views looking out on to Sullivan's island, private outdoor space and garage parking.

The Space:
Our spacious 4-floor home is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 full and 1 half baths. Located just off of Ben Sawyer Blvd, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs, the home features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to enjoy a meal or spend time together. Dining table with 4-6 seats and living room with high ceilings. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd-floor (3rd level in the building), with 2 full bathrooms and a full-size washer/dryer. The 3rd-floor (4th level in the building) has a spacious master bedroom featuring a King size bed and daybed with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Each of these bedrooms has its own flat-screen Roku-powered TV with Cable options. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on the 1st-floor (2nd level in the building).

There is a Golf Cart on property available to rent for the duration of your stay at an additional fee! Please inquire with us to learn more.

Guest Access:
Guests will be provided a code to a lockbox on property the day of your stay. You may self-check in anytime after 4pm on the day of your arrival.

Garage parking for 1 vehicle is available, with additional parking on the street.

Our team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything you may need prior or during you stay! We are always happy to recommend things to do while visiting Charleston!

Clean, modern apartment convenient to MP village and the east islands
The condo is part of an infill project on Ben Sawyer Blvd. Very small footprint and lots of square footage -- which means it is vertical. Not suitable for people who have difficulty stairs - a lot of them. Ideal for group of 4-6. The management group and housekeeping manager reached out several times during the weekend, giving confidence that the few cleaning deficits and maintenance items will be dealt with. Beds are comfortable and quiet. Balconies are inviting, too bad it was in the 40s and windy during our stay. Parking can be very tight, so it is best to come in 1-2 cars and utiize the one garage space. This property would be a top choice for a return visit. Kudos to the managers for availability and responsiveness. .
