I don't use Vrbo very often, so I was probably a bit high maintenance to the hosts - however, they were very easy to get a hold of and responded each time almost immediately which was super helpful. Great Family Spring Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at this gem of a house. The backyard was an oasis and we spent quite a bit of time relaxing and enjoying the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown Gilbert.

Get getaway spot in Gilbert

We decided to take a little staycation for the end of summer and this house did not disappoint. We had everything we needed to grill, cook and relax by the pool in this beautiful backyard which was perfectly fenced in for our dog to join us worry free. Highly recommend staying here. Was in town for a wedding and chose to stay here with two other couples. So wonderful having the pool and cabana in the backyard. Do note that the manager charges extra ($75/night when we stayed) to heat the hot tub and pool (if necessary). The place was clean and a good place to hide from the Arizona sun. The property was really nice and spacious with enough room for the seven of us. I will say the primary room absolutely needs a ceiling fan and a new mattress. The pool and spa were clean and very nice. Downtown Gilbert had some great restaurants and a cool brewery to visit!

Overall this was a good stay. But I was not happy that the pool wasn't heated and required a 75 fee per night to heat it. I feel like for what I was paying (a lot) that should have been included. That was really disappointing. Also the house isn't very well stocked with kitchen supplies and there are not enough hand towels or shower towels at all.
