This well-maintained Summit Beach Resort condominium is conveniently located on the 8th floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This beautiful 8th floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with bar area, dining area, living room and separate bunk area and bedroom make for a very comfortable vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.

Love the Summit

Love the location of the summit. This unit was just ok. No knob on the dishwasher. Bedroom curtains were torn and generally old looking. Linens old and tired. Tile needs a good steam clean. But the view is always great!

Winter getaway from TN weather

I enjoyed my stay.Had a small maintenance issue and was fixed ASAP. Management company was easy to work with.This was my second stay with them and to be next year.

Nice Stay

The property was nice although a bit dated. The room and utilities worked as they should. The view was amazing. The kitchenware was a little underwhelming and many of the cups and plates had cracks or chips in them. Many of the linens were stained. The elevators were difficult to navigate with some being down and others being buys trought the week. The indoor hottub was not in operation and one of the pools was closed down most of the time but the other pool was fully sufficent. There is a great little store near the hottubs that has reasonable pricies and good food/drinks. The beach was awesome and easy to get to. Overall we had a wonderfull time.

Run down property

The door wouldn’t lock. The toilet broke while we were there and it was fixed. The dishwasher was broken. The condo floor was dirty. The pull out sofa had sand all in it and couldn’t be used. The elevators were out of service more then they worked.

Spring break

Great amount of space and in a central area with many things to do around! everything was short driving/walking distance! Check in was delayed. dryer didn’t start!
