Very nice one bedroom w/ bunk beds condo. Includes Roku TV/DVD/VCR, microwave, phone, & a beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico! Very close to fabulous dining, terrific shopping & great restaurants in the area. Within walking distance to Signal Hill Golf Club.

Summit features 2-swimming pools (1 heated), 2 kiddie pools, poolside tiki bar, On-site beach service, hot tubs, beauty shop, game room, sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, jet skis & waverunners... all right on site.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

The view was amazing. He bed was wonderful. Furniture was old and dirty. Still needs a good cleaning especially all the artwork on the walls. Mold in bathroom need to be address and underneath the bed also needs cleaning . The patio was filthy with a damaged screen The owner did send out a cleaning team but it was not even close to a true cleaning. Enjoyed our stay but would get a different condo unless things change.

We had a great time, the conversation with the owner was prompt and informative. The check-in was easy the only issue I had was there was sand in the bunk beds. I would return again the area was very convenient to the beach and small restaurants.
