Very nice little cottage, reasonably within walking distance to everything. Clean and comfortable. Owner/property Mgr was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

Great stay.

Clean and perfect size for myself, my daughter, and 2 dogs(with crates). We didn't need the second bedroom but used it for our clothes. About the same size as other rentals the past couple years. Backyard is cute, I never inquired about what "shared yard" meant. My dogs are just great with each other so I was surprised other neighbors had dogs out. Not a big deal, just leashed mine and used the grass outside the yard. Neighbors were nice, and their dogs were cute and friendly. Parking is tight, but thats expected for the area. Had no issues with our stay except couldn't seem to get TVs to work. We just used my laptop anyways. Would stay again.
