About this property

Only renting to families or mature adults (everyone in the group of mature adults must be over 25 years of age) No prom or senior week weekends.

Sunny and bright 3BR, 2BA condo with water views of the bay from the front and back decks. Clean and freshly painted. Master Bath Reno in 2022. Easy access to the beach and marina.

For those who want to cook you can enjoy the open kitchen stocked with all the cooking materials you need; or cook out on the gas grill and relax after a day at the beach and enjoy the sunset. Grocery and Drug Store are very close by.

Plenty of parking in the shared two car garage, and on street parking as well. No paying for parking, or struggling to find a place to park. Within walking distance to many great restaurants - including the Wharf just at the dead end of our street (just 50 yards away) where you can enjoy a meal and entertainment on the outside deck overlooking the water (in season).

Our property has been rented for the full summer for the last two summers, so that is why not a lot of more recent reviews. Property is exactly as described and newly renovated bathrooms are awesome!

Great views!

This house was super nice! We enjoyed viewing the bridge from the windows and watching the boats in the bay. It is a little further away from the boardwalk than we normally are but a short drive. The inside was everything and more! Very well taken care of. We would definitely return in the future. If you have back issues the beds are not the best but other than that it’s perfect! Janet was so accommodating with us as our reason for vacationing got rescheduled multiple times due to covid!

Beautiful Beach Home

Nice private beach home to get away from it all. House was in great condition and in the perfect location; just a short drive to the beach and amusements. Bay views off the front and back decks and watching the draw bridge raise for larger fishing boats was a fun part of the trip for the kids. Janet was super easy to get in touch with and a pleasure to have as a landlord. We had a great week!

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful week In Wildwood this year! We spent the week in this condo and it was everything we needed, and more! The location was perfect and central to all of the things we did that week. The owners were wonderful to work with. I even texted the owner a few questions, during our stay, and she responded right away! We fell in love with Wildwood and will definitely be back. I would love to stay here again! Very nice place to stay

Over all we really liked this condo. The pictures of are are very accurate. We had no problems with anything while we were there, except the grill looked very dirty and there was no propane which I guess is the renters responsible but I don’t remember seeing that in the listing. We liked the location. The Warf restaurant was a block away and we ate there several times.
