Why they chose this property

Our house is in really close proximity to many amenities. Restaurants, beach shops, ice cream and candy shops are all under a 5 minute walk. The beauty of this property is it is so close to everything yet located on a quiet street with minimal traffic.

What makes this property unique

Our ranch is approximately 1400 square feet. Being a large ranch gives people plenty of personal space. Also, the 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath and outdoor shower provide guests plenty of options to shower if your staying with a larger group.
