We love staying at the Deacon! Perfect location between the shore and the inter-coastal—-An excellent deck with ocean views. The cottage is cozy with a well stocked kitchen.

My family and i had a great time at the house. The location was amazing- just a quick walk to the beach. We only wished the downstairs was fixed up a bit so we could have hung out with our pups - but they still enjoyed watching everything from the porch. Would definitely return!

Wonderful trip with my sister and our 83 year old mother. Beach therapy! The house was very quant and charming. Although we did travel with children it is very kid friendly! Good views of the ocean between the houses. If you plan on cooking a good bit you may want to bring a large frying pan. Coffee maker is a k cup not what is pictured. No biggie just in case you do bring coffee. Large TVs in all bedrooms and living room.Excellent communication with Matt! We thoroughly enjoyed our girls beach trip and would definitely book again

Matt was super responsive the times I had to reach out with any questions. We had a last minute issue arise with car problems & he was super understanding with our situation & even attempted to help us find a local mechanic. We enjoyed our stay & the short walk to the beach, the home was cozy & clean.

We chose not to bring our pet this vacation. There was a house between us and the ocean, but you could see the ocean from this vacation home. It was peaceful to sit out on the balcony and enjoy our brunch. We really enjoyed our time here and found the vacation home clean and cozy for our family. We would be happy to stay here again sometime and plan on telling our friends about this place.

Perfect little vacation house

Well maintained and fully equipped property that is walking distance from the beach and pier! It was perfect and we enjoyed our stay! I can’t forget to mention the awesome balcony that was perfect for star gazing and relaxing while listening to the waves crash!
