This entire house 🏡 features a master bedroom that has a queen-sized bed, 60-inch smart TV, En suite tiled bathroom, and a balcony, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 55-inch smart TV, and separate tiled bathroom, central AC/furnace, living room has a 60-inch smart TV 📺, kitchen with island for dining, filtered instant hot and room temperature drinking water, washer/dryer, working desk, and ergonomic chair, attached compact to midsize-size one-car garage and level 2 electric vehicle charger.

The full-size kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, utensils a set of flatware, dinnerware and drinkware, whole bean and decaf coffee beans, assorted teas, some spices, cooking oil, and condiments.

A full-size airbed and twin-size rollaway bed with mattress is available upon request, a nightly fee may apply. Please note: Rollaway bed safety weight limit maximum of two hundred pounds weight capacity.

Great Place, Especially for Long Stays

This is one of the best VRBO rentals in which my wife and I have ever stayed. It was one of three that we used this time over the course of six plus weeks while the bathrooms at our condo were being remodeled. The online listing was spot on, which we unfortunately cannot say about one of the other places we used. It is well furnished, bright and airy and has up to date appliances, nice master bath shower, plenty of electrical outlets, a 65" TV, a reasonably comfortable bed and all the basic kitchen wares one needs. The windows provide very good sound insulation so we found it to be very quiet. La Farine, one of our favorite bakeries is in easy walking distance, as are a Peet's Coffee, Farmer Joe's (a very good grocery store) and multiple restaurants. There is excellent freeway which made getting around easy. The attached garage is real bonus. The owner was friendly and extremely accommodating, and he allowed us to make a last minute change to our original check-in/check-out dates and extend our stay. This is top to bottom a true 5 star place.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood centered on the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and Fruitvale Avenue in East Oakland, California, in the United States. It is located about two miles east of Lake Merritt, north of the Fruitvale District, and west of the Laurel District. It lies at an elevation of 213 feet (65 m). It is a multicultural neighborhood where the hills meet the flatlands and is a unique melting pot of cultures and social classes. Dimond Park is located in the district. It is also my childhood street and incredibly special to my heart. And who would say no to Octoberfest Festival? Every October the Dimond District celebrates Octoberfest saluting the German heritage with beer, food, and entertainment in a tented beer hall. The festival held just block away from the property.
