Welcome to Rose Court, a charming 2BDR/1 Bath Water-Direct home with wide-water views and quick and easy access to the Marco River. This cozy home is an affordable option for a couple or small family to enjoy the wonderful attributes of Marco Island.



This property located in a biking and pedestrian family neighborhood surrounded by single-family homes.
The popular Speakeasy waterfront restaurant is just steps away.

Rose Court enjoys long water views and is tastefully furnished with coastal decor, has a Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Spacious Screened Lanai, Custom Outdoor Shower, and Full Laundry.

Additionally the master Master Bedroom offers a plush King Bed and TV and the Guest Bedroom is tastefully decorated with coastal accents and (2) Twin Beds.

One of the wonderful features of this property is the Covered and Screened Lanai with dining and lounging areas where you can light the gas fire-ring and enjoy a beautiful evening with your family and friends as the sun retires on another perfect Marco Island day.

Natural entertainment abounds as dolphins, manatees and sea birds are frequent visitors in the waterways of Rose Ct.
Want to get closer the the wildlife, slip our kayaks into the water and enjoy a quick paddle through the local waterways past the Marco Yacht Club to the Marco river where the incredible beauty of Marco Island opens up before your very eyes.

Peacock Bass Fishing Trip

Extremely relaxing trip! Allison was an excellent host and available for anything we needed, remote check-in was easy and the rental was immaculately clean and well-appointed. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, and the short walk over to The Speakeasy restaurant was a fun bonus with their live music and karaoke! Definitely would stay here again.

Great location and beautiful little house

This house was perfect for my family of 4! It’s within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. It’s a short drive or bike ride to the beach. The back yard was amazing, we loved sitting out on the screened in patio. Allison the property manager was fantastic and very helpful! We loved our stay on Marco Island and would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful Bungalow on Marco Island

We loved our stay in this beautiful, quiet home in Marco. It's close enough to everything so getting around is easy. It's also a short walk to Publix for groceries, a quaint bar overlooking a canal just around the corner and to Veteren's Park for the Wednesday farmer's market which is impressive. The house is well appointed and nicely kept. There is a dock overlooking a wide canal bay so the view is not confining like some canal properties are. We fished and caught speckled trout and sheepshead. Great place and Allison, our contact, was very helpful and accessible.
