The outdoor fireplace is a unique amenity best experienced on crisp mountain nights: don’t forget to grab some marshmallows for toasting! Enjoy a leisurely walk on the community hiking trails or improve your tennis game at the community courts. The Adventure Sports Center International's whitewater rafting course is just a half mile away, and Wisp Resort is just a touch further.

PARK ACCESS: Master Association Lakeside Park, along Marsh Hill Rd.
STATE PARK ACCESS: This home provides 2 seasonal state park passes with reservations booked to arrive during the summer weeks (mid-June - Labor Day). Each pass allows 1 car-load of people to access the lake access area at Deep Creek Lake State Park at no additional fee, plus nearby state parks including Swallow Falls State Park, Herrington Manor State Park, and New Germany State Park. Instructions for obtaining these passes can be found in your check-in instructions prior to your arrival.
