Very cute and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Note-- bring toliet paper and your own spices. Also, my daughter had left with our vehicle and i was home alone and owner attempted to use code twice to get in (used wrong code) and scared me. Said she was trying to see if we had Xfinity but i was watching it when she came. Owner did not communicate via Vrbo that she would be at or in the home.

We apologize for opening door. But we had a report that the wifi was out. So we went to check. So sorry for the misunderstanding. We value our quest being comfortable and safe. We apologize again. The whole neighborhood has been having new wires laid. So it has been a challenge. But we are getting new and better service.
From the easy check-in, visiting with family, sleeping in the cozy master bedroom bed, and showering in a full size shower, it was exactly what we needed!
Roku was provided, Keurig K cups, sugar, creamers and any utensil for cooking that we’d need were provided. I’ll definitely be back! This was a pleasure to rent!
This was my first time staying anywhere other than a hotel while traveling away from home, and I have to admit I was VERY skeptical. I was surprisingly shocked. The place was extremely quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable, and I honestly don’t have any complaints. The water pressure in the shower does get a little low if someone else is using the bathroom sink or flushing the toilet, but in my opinion that was no big deal. I would definitely stay there again anytime I am in the area.
I would appreciate it if we have been notified that we washing machine was out before our check in But it was fine.

So sorry but it happen just before your arrival. And if you have any experience in repair companies. They repair time is around two weeks out. Sorry again.
Nice quiet neighborhood! This unit is spacious. We really enjoyed being able to all sit in the living room and watch Monday night football on the large TV.
The beds were comfortable and it's always nice to have two bathrooms when traveling with others. There is a full bath upstairs where the bedrooms are and a half bath on the main level. We did wonder why the internal doors were removed from the Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the two bedrooms upstairs. You can still close off the entire bathroom area, but you are not able to close an internal door so someone can be in the shower, and someone else can still have access to the sink/mirror. It wasn't a problem, we just found it curious.
The kitchen seemed to be missing a few key items, such as, a salt shaker (there were pepper shakers and 'coarse' salt, just not any regular salt), measuring cups/spoons (for dry ingredients) and there weren't any coffee mugs. There are some very small cups that maybe hold 6-8 oz.
The plus side of the kitchen area is that it is fairly large and has both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker. :)
We did not play golf, however, this property is located on the golf course.
