The home was cozy and very close to many attractions. We LOVED the neighborhood and although the street was busy, it was quiet. Great property and enough space for all 4 adults and 3 children who stayed. Definitely enjoyed the home!

The house was perfect for us! We travelled with 4 adults and two kids. Everyone had their own space and we didn’t feel cramped. The house is an easy 10 min drive to downtown and there are grocery stores and restaurants about 1/4 miles-1/2 miles fromthe house. There’s a grill in the back yard, coffee pot, dishes and silverware, etc. We cooked in most nights and had everything we needed to make dinners and breakfasts at the house. Brigitte was very helpful with booking the place and replied to my questions in a timely manner. If we come back to Nashville, we will stay here again.

Great location, we loved that we could walk to local bars/restaurants, even grocery stores. Parking was easy right next to the house. Calling an Uber/Lyft to venture out was also convenient and easy. Clean house and property. Had a great time!

An absolutely charming home that was comfortable and in a great location. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living area was roomy and the bathrooms were clean, functional and had excellent water pressure. The bedrooms downstairs were a good size and the upstairs suite was an added bonus. The bedroom windows thoughtfully included blackout drapes and there was plenty of on-street parking. The only minor nitpick would be a lack of a stair rail going upstairs, but other than that, the house was perfect for our family trip. Future guest tip: Try Velvet Taco. It's nearby and has amazing, fresh tacos and bowls.

We stayed at the Urban Cottage while in Nashville for our son’s wedding. Our daughter, son-in-law & two grands also stayed with us. The home was very cozy & cute & had everything we needed. The neighborhood was also great & about 4 minutes from the wedding venue, which was great! Lots of restaurants close by, as well. We loved it & would definitely stay again!
