Great resort, moldy condo
They need to do some serious maintenance in this place and hire an ih/iaq specialist for the mold and water damage. They have an hvac mold problem, its gross and really ruined our stay. The dryer takes 3+ hrs to dry, thick dust on the popcorn ceiling, beds are hard and uncomfortable and they dont even use fitted sheets. The bathroom door gets stuck because its warped...kind of like the cabinets and counters. Tub is clogged. Sink is clogged. Toilet hates to flush. Pantry smells. Tiles crack and move. No tp holder ($1.25, really?). Washcloths were under the sinks and not with the towels, we bought some and then found them 2 days later.
Then theres the main dragstrip 50 yards away thats unrealistically loud. Everyone had a headache between the mold and the noise and I felt awful that I paid for this unit.
We were also charged a $50 resort fee and then asked to register and pay $50 to the resort, making it $100. The fees for this place are misleading. And while we loved the resort, theres no way we'll use southern vacation rentals again. I've seen low income housing that looked better than this. Find a different place not managed by them in Edgewater.
