Reviewer Comments:
The Anchor Management Staff were very helpful and courteous. The unit needs to be updated, it requires new furniture, painting, new screen door as well. The mattress in the master bedroom also needs to be replaced, it squeaks, likely due to a broken spring. My wife sprained her ankle hooking her foot on the protruding leg of the outdated coffee table which definitely should be replaced with one that is more functional and ergonomic.Due to the fact that my wife injury was caused by the old table leg in the living room, it was very difficult to move around. It happened February 12 and we had to go to ER for an X-ray and an assessment from a doctor. We asked in mid February to be reimburse for the month of March but we were told no at the reception. It was a different opinion at a previous day from another receptionist where there was a possibility since it is very easy to rent in March. I feel that we should be compensate with $ for the pain and all the activities from Pelican walk that my wife couldnt do because of her injury. The pictures of the condo is dated and doesn’t reflect the old furnitures on line for rent.
