Unlike large corporate rentals, we are a family-owned home that we frequently enjoy ourselves, ensuring it is always well-stocked, well-appointed, and designed for comfort. Our goal is simple—to provide a fun, relaxing space where you can make lasting memories with your family and friends.

Sandpiper is a quiet, no-through-traffic neighborhood featuring a park, a covered basketball area, a footbridge, and convenient golf cart access for residents. This open-concept beach cabin comfortably sleeps 12 and offers plenty of room to spread out. For those who love outdoor entertaining, our adorable downstairs party area includes a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and ample seating to kick back and enjoy the coastal breeze. We also keep the garage open for guests to store their golf carts with ease.

You'll love our prime location—just a five-minute walk to the beach (yes, we timed it!), and close to The Big Store, the water park, and some of the best margaritas in town (if you don’t feel like using our blender). Whether you're here for a family vacation, a weekend with friends, or a relaxing escape, Casa Verde is ready to welcome you home.

Clean and spacious

We are a family of five with two caregivers, and the space was perfect for our group of seven. We spent the majority of our time at our friend’s house, that lives in the same neighborhood full time. We just needed a place to sleep and shower, and this place fit the bill. Thank you!

We had a great time. The house was clean. The only thing that was a problem was the beach access. You could not go by car without going out on 87. The golfcarts and utvs kept getting stuck in the only beach access.

The Best Mother’s Day

My husband rents my mom and I a cabin every year. This cabin was phenomenal! The location is perfect, the parking was awesome, the house itself is absolutely gorgeous, the neighborhood is so gorgeous. We had plenty of room inside to not feel like we were cramped. It started raining Saturday evening so we grilled and enjoyed the area under the cabin then went upstairs and ate and played cards. I would 10/10 recommend this cabin to anyone! My 6 year old even said wow mom this is amazing!

Brand new place - great with some tips

Great weekend! We’ve stayed at multiple rentals over the years at Crystal Beach. For the price, this place was nice. Very very clean and well-stocked. Easy check in and out. Has lots of space for our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Loved sitting outside in the evenings and stargazing. We cooked 2 meals while there, using the oven, stove, and microwave. Plenty of towels and great beds. Everyone slept well! Other notes- It did not have a few items that would probably be helpful for future renters to keep in mind (I know it’s hard having everything you could possibly need): -Hair dryer (you don’t think about this b/c most hotels have them) -water hose (there is several outdoor faucets and shower, but we needed to hose to rinse off our golf cart rental. Also our cars carried a lot of sand onto the driveway that we had no way to clean off. Went to the Big Store and purchased a hose ourselves) -beach umbrella/chairs (we brought our own— never expected them to have this but just a heads up for those that may not think about it) *normally places will have their WiFi info and password accessible (maybe in a handout or binder), but we ended up having to ask a couple times. No biggie. I’m sure it was a one-time oversight. Host apologized and contacted us back eventually. *beach is more than a 5 min walk. Neighborhood did have “golf cart access” but the sand was too soft and deep. Had to navigate along the highway to enter the beach with car/cart

Value for the location. The wifi password actually is supposed to go out on a welcome message, I have double checked those settings to make sure that doesn't happen again......we want all our guests to have an easy check in process and grateful you brought this up.
