Monthly Rent Sun Retreat #2

"Sun Angel Retreat #2" located in Central of Pahrump. It is closed to Death Valley, Front Sight, Red Rock Canyon and Las Vegas.

It is on the route to Death Valley and Mojave Desert.

It sits on 1 acre lot with private fenced yard. Guests can park their cars inside the gated private yard. It is more safer than other places. Our home is fully equipped to give you the " being at home" experience. Full kitchen with electric range and oven, microwave and refrigerator. Coffee is provided for the " morning persons". A large 65" flat screen TV is connected to Wifi for cast your favor shows. Outdoor and seats are provided for star gazing and enjoy the beautiful night sky.

In Order To Give You Full Privacy, I Won't Bother You While You Are Staying At My House. Self Check In Available For You. But I Am Always Ready To Assist You With Any Kind Of Requests. You Can Reach Us By Phone, Text Messages Or Email. For Your Health Safety, We Spray 70% Alcohol Throughout The House.

The BBQ Grill, Firepit, Washer And Dryer Are Free To Use But We Don't Provide Firewood, Charcoal Or Detergent And Guests Need To Clean It After Use It.

To Avoid Toilet Clogged, please do not throw large amounts of toilet paper into the toilet.

To Avoid Ants Coming In To Look For Food, Please Don't Leave Garbage Inside House. Please Put All Trash in The Trash Bin Out Of Door.

$50 / person per night to be charged if bring extra guests to stay over night without pre-approval by host.

A great rental for the stopover on our was to Arizona. Our dog loved the very large fenced yard. The lockable gate made it very secure.

Unexpected gem.

My coworkers and I were in town for work. The home had plenty of space, very clean and most importantly comfortable beds after a long day of work. Would stay again when we come back.

A Disappointing Experience

Although there was plenty of room for all, the accommodations were disappointing. The master bathroom still had water stains on the mirror and the vanity had not been cleaned. We were told not to leave food in the house because of ants, but when we checked in there was a box of sugar next to the coffee maker that was full of ants. We also identified serious safety issues; there is not a fire extinguisher in the home, and we were very concerned about the screws in the floor trim leading from the kitchen to the living room; they were the wrong screws and were not properly installed causing a potential tripping hazard. The back patio was covered in leaves and dirt, which was not very inviting to enjoy the evening air.
