Very comfortable 4 bed, 3 bath house with ample room for a family or group of friends. Close vicinity to state parks for outdoor enthusiasts as well as minutes from Washington road for a direct path to the Augusta national - 25min away and champions retreat to witness the ANWA tournament, just 13min away. Nested in a quiet neighborhood in Evans, guests can enjoy time indoors after a long day at the golf course, catching game highlights or a movie with friends and family. When time comes to get some rest, the bedrooms are equipped with very comfortable and new mattresses so you can recharge and be ready for the next round of golf.
