Feel at home during your Wisconsin Dells getaway! This property is located at Lighthouse Cove, a beautiful lake community, with a large front porch that allows you to watch life roll by outside while you relax. With close proximity to all of the area attractions, this property is perfect for families, golfers, or that annual girl's getaway.

Heated indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs and an exclusive beach will ensure year-round fun! You're going to love staying at this property.

You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that is complete with all the essentials. The condo has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you can enjoy the private beach and fishing from the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah's Ark waterpark is a 5 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Guest Bedroom - Queen bed, Roku TV, Large Closet, Adjacent to 2nd Full Bath.

You will have the entire condo and it's private porch to yourself. The amenities at Lighthouse Cove are shared with other guests and residents but are never very full. This is a peaceful place to visit in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells.

I am not usually on-site but we are able to respond in an emergency. Please feel free to call with any needs or concerns.

Lighthouse Cove is a quiet mixed use neighborhood consisting of full-time residents, weekender owners, and rental guests. It is perfectly situated in the heart of the Dells but in a quiet spot on the lake.
RENTAL AGREEMENT

Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.

Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay
overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole
responsibility of Guest.
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to
6 persons.
• Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in
which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for
residents.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep
noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the
whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool
areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in
pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are
reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim
diapers are required for the little ones.

• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-
property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.

No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas.
Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over
the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any
accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss
of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this
reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to
the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from
their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in
the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one
by the grills.
• Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while
on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
• Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only
use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that
may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may
not be kept in #32 overnight.

Amazing trip
The prettiest place I’ve been to. It was for my 22nd birthday and I had the best time. Grilled out burgers with the grill, walked down to the beach and the inside hot tub was so clean and fun!! Not a single issue with the place!! My first experience booking a trip like this and it was super easy. Everyone thought the place was beautiful! I’m definitely booking again :)

Great winter weekend
We had a blast! It was a snowy cold weekend but it was so nice to get away. The parking lot got plowed by the time we checked in and the stairwell was shoveled so easy to walk in. This place was heaven with a huge kitchen, pots and pans galore, and a fireplace. We enjoyed cooking in one night and ate out the other night. Check in and check out was super easy. The host sent maps for parking and what to bring. We did bring extra blankets to stay warm as we wanted extra layers. This condo was perfect. So clean, and all the amenties!

This unit was exceptionally clean and convenient to the many activities we wanted to do. Chris is an excellent host. He provided a list of good restaurants that were spot on. I would definitely stay here again.
