Enjoy Leeward Key 1106 in beautiful Destin, Florida. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located on the 11th floor and offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. This recently remodeled unit has a contemporary feel with warm soothing colors that will make you feel immediately relaxed. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a luxurious bathroom with a custom tiled shower and granite countertops. The 2nd bedroom offers two twin beds and an adjoining bathroom with granite countertops and a tub/shower combination. The living room offers a couch with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and two chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. This contemporary condo sleeps up to 6, with 3 TVs, 3 DVD players, surround sound, and all the comforts of home. ***The fee will be a $25 guest registration fee per vehicle per stay before or upon arrival to Leeward Key parking lot. ***Please be advised that there is an ongoing project on this property that will prevent access to the balconies with view obstruction until further notice.

We enjoyed having the option of two different pools, the kitchen had everything and more that we needed, and the entire condo was so clean and smelled so fresh! The view was one of the best, and I loved that anytime coming back we could easily spot the building as it is the tallest in the area!! We will definitely be back next spring break!

Amazing vacation!

This is our third stay here, and it was great as always! The condo is located in a perfect spot away from busy traffic. The private beach had plenty of space and was not crowded. Loved our viewes and will be back. Thank you!

Great location and amazing views!

We loved our unit, especially the balcony - amazing views! Unit has everything you need. My only suggestion would be to replace queen bed in the master bedroom with the king. Private beach with a pool is a great bonus. This is our second stay at Leewards Key and we definitely will be back. Thank you!

Great view

Great view!! Very clean! Only one suggestion. Owner should seriously consider updating master bedroom bed! Ugh…very uncomfortable and a full size! Hard for grown people to sleep comfortably. View and location made up for it! But for real. Get a bigger, more comfortable bed.

Nice view and that’s it!

The saving grace for this unit was the 11th floor gulf front view. Other than that avoid this unit - you will get zero sleep!! A solid piece of concrete to sleep on and NO amenities- also there was a consistent annoying slam/crashing noise every night- between 11 PM and 7 AM - about every 10-20 minutes. All sorts of updates and upgrades desperately needed- furniture, cooking utensils, and NO beach chairs or umbrellas. NOT even a dustpan and broom to help with cleaning. Will not be back to this unit.

I am so sorry you did not get the vacation of your dreams. You were sent an email about your amenities. You had free deep-sea fishing, free golf, free dolphin cruises and discounts on many other amenities in the area. You did also have 2 swimming pools. One located right on the beach. Thank you for letting me know of the possible upgrades. If there were loud noises, we do have an emergency afterhours call phone that could have addressed this with the HOA. The broom and dustpan were right next to the washing machine. I am so sorry you missed it. I do hope you give us a chance for that 5-star service. You are correct the gulf front view is amazing.
