About this property

Enjoy your stay in this centrally located top floor one bedroom condo. Walk to downtown, convention center and casino. Enjoy the morning sun on the balcony. The bedroom has a king-sized bed that is adjustable to sit up to read or watch TV. The Deauville is unique in that each one bedroom condo a has TWO bathrooms. One with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. The fully outfitted kitchen has stainless appliances.

This is an east facing condo. Open floorplan. There are 3 pools, one of which is heated in the winter. Two tennis courts and a fitness room. The guests have access to the entire condo. Parking is unassigned so the guest can park in any open spot, either outside or under the covered section of parking. This is a non-smoking complex. Smoking is snot allowed anywhere on the complex grounds.
