Come and enjoy this beautiful villa which is nestled up to the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains in La Quinta, California. This newly constructed villa sits on 47 breathtaking desert acres and features Spanish-style architecture, hand-troweled white stucco with blue shutters, gorgeous desert landscaping and 24 hour guarded-gate.

This villa is located a short walk down from the 11,000 sq ft. Legacy Clubhouse which offers the Legacy Grille, serving food, beverages- !! Adjoining to the Clubhouse is a great exercise room, gorgeous main pool with hot tub and a kid friendly beach style pool. All pools on property are salt water pools.

In a grove of palm trees near the clubhouse, you will find a grove of hammocks just waiting for you. Outdoor fireplaces can also be found around the Clubhouse. This amazing property is walking distance to the famous old La Quinta Resort and Spa which offers great restaurants, shopping and a heavenly spa.

With year round activities, La Quinta is the perfect getaway! Top notch golf courses and great restaurants are plentiful!

This 3 bedroom villa offers 2 large master suites. One with king size bed, other with a queen. 3rd bedroom has additional queen size bed. Ground level location makes for easy access to this great villa.

TVs in all bedrooms.

$250 cleaning fee.

Love the Legacy Villas!

This is our 4th time staying in the Legacy Villas and we love it more each time! The condo is perfect for couples or families and the grounds are beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location!

Stunning resort! Ideal for families, and we appreciated all the space in the 3 bedrooms. The main pool was amazing for the kids. The grounds of the resort are gorgeous, and nice walking trail behind it by the mountains. Unit was well equipped and clean. Check in process was quick, and the host was readily available when we had a question. The garage felt a bit small with over oversized SUV, so we preferred to park outside, and there was always lots of parking available.

Comfortable and Clean

We liked this spacious and comfortable condo. With its own garage! Located in the middle of the beautiful Legacy Villas property. Easy walk to several pools. Quiet corner unit, stocked with kitchen basics. The only thing missing was an owners manual, with condo rules, pool hours, operating instructions and info about the area. But we figured everything out! Nice place.

"Shangri-La" Quinta

If you are looking for a tranquil spot in a dramatic and beautiful setting in the desert, this is it! We loved the property, its spacious, well maintained and comfortable floor plan, and the multiple pools and spas steps from the door. Anna, the owner was very helpful, accommodating and responsive even before we arrived. The stay here, exceeded our expectations!!

Xmas in Sunny La Quinta

The entire stay was wonderfully luxurious and comfortable, perfect for the whole family. We enjoyed the amenities of the complex and even went for a walk at the base of the mountain. The bedrooms and size of the home was spacious yet cozy. I definitely recommend! There were plenty of pools and outdoor areas to go around, definitely not crowded. We loved the hot tubs and the pools were also heated. Thank you!

Pre-Thanksgiving girls' trip

Travelled with 3 friends for a girls' trip at La Quinta Resort. About a 10 min. walk to the resort, although The Legacy has a great gym, pool, grill, fountains - I honestly couldn't tell the difference between the adjacent resort (which is packed...1 1/2 hr wait for lunch poolside and 40 min. line for coffee at the marketplace La Qunita Resort) The unit is spacious with plenty of privacy...two very spacious suites...quiet, clean, beautiful decor. Host was very responsive! Will definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

Ample space, comfortable beds, quiet and relaxing. Pool areas top notch. Great host! If you plan on staying in some the TV's are not the best and cable reception was spotty. That's literally the only freckle on a great spot. Will be staying again.

Wonderful La Quinta home

We loved staying in this wonderful La Quinta home. Everything in the house was very clean, the decor is lovely, and we found the kitchen to be very well-stocked. We had four adults and four kids and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We had easy access to so many pools and we loved hanging out at the main pool and relaxing in the cabanas. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and she answered all questions very promptly . We had no issues with our stay and would definitely visit again!
