Peaceful Wooded Garden Setting

Ponchatoula is a very quaint town located just 60 miles North of New Orleans. Baton Rouge, Mandeville and Covington are only 30 minutes away. There is very easy access to interstates 10 and 12
There are plentiful restaurants, parks and activities galore.
I am a retired art teacher and I have hosted my home for several years. I enjoy having guests and the main house is located adjacent to the pool house.
The design of the pool house was designed for maximum privacy for guests who enjoy quiet and privacy.
I’m right next door if anything is needed or if you need suggestions
The house is beautifully designed and has everything you might need.
The pool is shared but is usually very quiet.
A large screen TV has just about everything that can be streamed. Internet speed is fast.
No children or pets because of pool.

Wonderful place!

Kitty’s place was very clean, well supplied and the perfect spot to relax for a week. Very convenient to local shopping, restaurants and entertainment but far enough away for quiet reflection. The pool was perfect temp and huge! We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family staying in the area. Kitty was very kind and helpful during our stay.

Kitty’s Cottage

This property and host are very accommodating. The property is nestled perfectly to surrounding areas with quick access to New Orleans, Metairie, Ponchatoula, Hammond, and the North and South Shores. Each area boasts various restaurants and amenities. The host ensured a pleasant stay for me and was thoroughly attentive to any needs. I highly recommend Kitty’s Cottage if you are in the area for an extended period of time.
