Great visit to the coast with our of town family

A cozy little cottage just the right size for four. Comfy beds, nice linens, and a well- stocked kitchen. Explored surrounding area - beautiful beaches and fun nature trails. Very enjoyable stay!

Pro- The house was clean and the amenities were great. Con- The house is very drafty and the main heat source for the downstairs is the fireplace that was out of order, we were not notified about it until we arrived at the house to use it and there was a repair person leaving the residence and told us the fireplace was broken. There is a small wall heater downstairs, but it’s loud and not super efficient so we spent all of the time at the house huddled under blankets.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean and enjoyed the amenities. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience with the fireplace and the lack of advance notice, as well as the discomfort caused by the heating situation. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback will be shared with our team as we work to improve communication and ensure a more comfortable stay in the future. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again.
