Welcome to Our Otter Home, a family vacation home where you can relax, play, and make memories with your family and friends.

This bright and cozy cottage is conveniently located in the Madison Lane neighborhood, just steps from the Town Center where you can enjoy local shops and restaurants, or pick up groceries at Fresh Foods Market. A brief walk through town leads you down to the beautiful Pacific Ocean and beach, where you can play with your kids and dog, stroll along the shore, build a sunset campfire, or just settle down in the sand and listen to waves and seabirds.

Our Otter Home has a comfortable living space complete with a gas fireplace and TV with WIFI. The full kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. The built-in kitchen nook is perfect for family meals and board games. On sunny days you can gather outside on the front porch or picnic table to enjoy the warmth. The covered back balcony is a peaceful respite overlooking trees and the ravine.

Downstairs you’ll find one private bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bunk room with 4 built-in twin-size bunks, each with its own reading light. The room has a TV with DVD player, as well as a shelf full of games and books for the kids. The shared full bathroom has a shower with tub and plenty of fluffy towels for cleaning up after a day at the beach. For convenience there is also a washer and dryer downstairs, and a half bath upstairs.


The upstairs powder room is cozy and quaint. The full bath downstairs has a shower, tub and lots of towels.

Easy and so relaxing.

The lication of the home was perfect. Close to the indoor pool and to the market. Just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the walkable town amd amenities. It was a complete experience.

Major Disappointment , Not a 10

Dirty dishes in cupboard, Dishwasher with food on bottom and malfunctioning soap dispenser, refrigerator filter on red, filthy refrigerator grid panel on bottom of fridge, moldy shower curtain, tub does not drain well, only closet filled with clutter, broken toilet paper holder in powder room and many more issues. “Plush robes” as described non existent. This does not meet standards of VRBO 10 rating.
