Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great Home

The home was beautiful, well laid out for a family or 2 couples, and has ample parking. Lots of games and very easy access to the beach.

quirky lil dude

Good quirky! All the photos are in the house. What surprised me was, most homes have the common area on the main floor with bedrooms upstairs. Here, the living room and open kitchen are on the top floor! So everyone can enjoy the ocean! Groovy surprise! Communications were ample, but not obnoxious! Easy in, easy out! I would surely stay again!

Good spot for families

Very clean with comfortable beds. Beach access is easy and close. Lots of entertainment options for kids - even if the weather keeps you inside. Games and entertainment options downstairs while allowing others to enjoy the quiet on the deck. Wifi worked great but no cell reception. Our family really enjoyed the space and we plan to return.

Pretty darn good place

Overall it’s a great place, close to the beach, clean and modern. There were a few minor annoyances, including the security system voice announcing in the middle of the night “there’s someone in your backyard” or “motion detected by front door”. The house has a capacity for 8 people, and we were a little surprised to only find 4 dining chairs, 4 wine glasses and surprising no bbq. On the other hand it was 18 champagne glasses so that was awesome.

Excellent location

Nicely updated interior with an excellent location seconds from the beach makes this one a winner. The proximity to Pacific City and other excellent beach locations puts this place in the 5 star category.
