A very fun setup located in a great location. Easily walkable to downtown attractions and restaurants. Was in town for a quick business trip and this was a great place to call home for a couple of nights.
We booked the two bedroom, two and a half bath option with the central kitchen/living room area. Overall, a spacious, nice property. Very clean. ADA accessible, including the pool. A few issues should be addressed, though:The central living area has no blinds/drapes and is a fish bowl in full view of other guests outside in the shared area. Individual bedrooms have drapes for some degree of privacy. The property is pet-friendly, so use of the outside common area/bocci court is dependent on other guests cleaning up after their pets. Many of the chairs (inside and outside) are "wobbly" (need to have screws tightened) for safety. A few were basically unusable.Could not figure out how to disable "auto-defrost" on the refrigerator/freezer. It was in the 90's during our stay and the refrigerator compartment developed large pools of water inside every day limiting its use.
Overall the property meet our needs. It would be nice if the common space had blinds, both to deal with the sun and glare making it difficult to work with a computer during certain times of the day, and for the privacy of the person sleeping on the sofa bed. There was no bedding provided for the sofa bed, including pillows. We had to contact the host, but by the time we realized it on the 1st night they were no longer available (only available 9am-9pm). So the guest using that space had to use the pool towels and one of the pillows from the bedroom for the 1st night. The hosts were very responsive and brought the bedding the next day. Beware of the tall transition strips between the bedrooms and the common space. One of the guests sustained a serious injury of their toes, and it is also a tripping hazard.

The 2bd, 2bth apartment was really spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. However, the air conditioner struggled to keep up with the intense heat of Palm Springs, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the pool was smaller than we expected. I also wish the living room space had shades, not just for the sun but for privacy as well. Despite these issues, we had a good time overall.
