As you enter this Marathon Florida rental home, the open floor plan kitchen, living room and dining area is flooded with natural light, provides a space to catch your bearings before exploring the rest of the home. Light tile floors and neutral wall color embrace the waterfront vibe of the property. To your right, is the master suite, complete with private balcony, overlooking the canal. To the left of the kitchen are two other gorgeously decorated guest rooms, and expansive laundry area.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest.

This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee per pet of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.
