Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
So many little things….
My husband and I were excited to stay here with our daughter and it was described as Pet Friendly.
First, the place was not clean.Everything we touched had to be washed. Just an overall sticky feeling.
Garbage disposal had a metal screw and my husband had to dig that out.. luckily he’s handy.
Second, Pet Friendly yard had no place for the pets to go and unit 1’s dog kept running in and out of their open door so my dogs were not comfortable.
Third, the air conditioning was not working properly and the control panel was hanging off the wall slightly.. again my husband was able to clean off the dirty contacts so that the controller could go up and down.
One of the kitchen cabinet doors was hanging off its hinge.. my husband fixed that too.
It just felt cheap, poor lighting, either super bright overheads or nothing.
As far as communication, the host contacted me but never responded to my request to check in just one hour early. She just ignored that message.
Anyway, not very pleased and was sad I picked this place. Has so much potential if a little more thought was put in to the place. There were so many more “little things” that at this point it doesn’t matter.
