Private 2+1 -Room Pool House - walk to waterfront ! Heated salt water pool.
A uniquely private 2-room pool house in a very safe and quiet location in an easy walking distance to water front - Flagler Dr. and to shopping and non-expensive restaurants. Private pool - heated, salt water. A Queen size bed and a sleeping chair.
The space
Dear Guest!
With your reservation you are getting the following:
Heated pool with salt water (not chlorine)
1. A compact guest house/pool house. That is a SMALL 2-ROOM COTTAGE
Size of the cottage is about 470 S.FT. It is a separate, independent structure. That has its own dedicated property and is NOT connected to the main building. The cottage is comfortable for 1-3 persons.
The cottage consists of:
Bedroom with a Queen size bed
Living room/ Florida room with a sleeping sofa
Kitchenette.
Normal size bathroom.
2.The swimming pool. 15 000 gallons capacity. Illuminated all night. Not shared with anybody.For use only and exclusively by guests.
Two exercise machines.
3. Jacuzzi/ Spa/ hot tub. Surprisingly high maintenance and high cost of operating, cleaning and repair. So, it is NOT AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME.
And unfortunately for the ADDITIONAL payment - $25/day
Will need at least several hours of the advance request - to heat water, to do water testing and treatment, to run the Cleaning cycle. Required by the COVID-19 Protocol.
4. Open space bar under roof. For a dinner or BBQ. It has doors and can be used as the third room if needed.
5 Weather proof gazebo. Lighted. Some guests prefer to sleep in it.
6. 6 pool lounge chairs with cushions
7. Hammock - some guests like to sleep in it.
9. 2 bicycles
10. Floating pool mattresses.
10. Outside open bar
11. Large outside table with umbrella
12. All night illumination of the property.
13. Driveway for parking (2 spots in the 4-car driveway). Will fit a truck if needed.
14. Gas/charcoal grill
15. Induction stove. Microwave. Coffee maker with supply of coffee. Compact oven. Toaster. Ice (from own ice maker from distilled water). Small and big refrigerators.
16. A/C with remote.
17. Plenty of bottles with tiki oil and a strong outside mosquito trap against possible mosquitoes.
19. Complimentary light breakfast
Please DO NOT expect a large luxury condo or a Marriott hotel with a manicured grass and trees and dozens of servants. . It is not. It is just a typical traditional South Florida tropical garden - pool yard/back yard. Dedicated exclusively to the guests. With plenty of flowers and vegetation.
Instead, what you are getting here is - A TOTAL, ULTIMATE AND ABSOLUTE
UNIQUE PRIVACY. For the price cheaper than a local street motel.
This is our concept and our mission. So that our guests could feel like an uninhabited island for the time of their mini-vacation. Wake up in the morning. Roll over from the bed. And jump in the pool right away. With a swim suit on or without - it does not matter at all. There is nobody to watch, to see, to judge and to approve/disapprove. No cameras. No uninvited strangers. The whole backyard/pool area is fenced and gated. Except pool cleaning 07.00-09.00 every morning - there is not a single person there except the guests. All day or night.
A SUPER privacy the best way it can be.
No owners, no hosts, no landscapers- JUST NOBODY. But you.
The morning pool cleaning is very quiet and noise-free. But the guest may opt-out of it completely if desired. To have the ultra privacy in the pool in these early hours too.
Location- very convenient and strategic. Away from any noise and crowd. But within minutes from everything.
In a few walking blocks East there is Flagler Dr - a beautiful waterfront to stroll, jog, bike. At the beginning of Flagler there is a small local unofficial Summa Beach. Because of its quiet water is very good for kayaking, boarding, etc.
3 miles South - there is a large public Lake Worth Casino Beach
4 miles North - a wonderful place for daytime/night life activities World Famous CityPlace.
2 short walking blocks North - there is a very nice sports and recreation South Olive Park. Tennis courts. Basketball. Children`s activity center. And a water-park. Children love this place. And everything is free.
In about 4 miles there is a very pretty Zoo. Children love it too.
1 walking block West - a large grocery store "WinDixie", liquor store, Planet Fitness and several take-outs.
A few steps further North - a very nice Havana restaurant. For eat-in and take-out.
A great day for snorkeling at Peanut Island if interested.
Parties. Currently NO pool parties are possible. Due to COVID-19 and to issues with some residents of this quiet neighborhood.
Dogs. Normally it is OK. But must be discussed in advance.
Normally check-in at 2.30-3.00 P.M. Check-out at 11.30-12.00 Noon. But all is VERY flexible - depending on the guest`s needs.
This rental business is licensed by the State of Florida and by the City of West Palm Beach.
An ideal place for those who want ultra privacy and quietness - singles or couples, older folks or younger guys.
